Wobbly tooth - wrong order

DD5 has been complaining of a sore lateral incisor for about a month. We took her to the dentist who couldn't find anything wrong.

Today the tooth is wobbly - fine - except this is her first wobbly tooth and the bottom central / top central teeth are not wobbly at all.

Looking online, this tooth shouldn't be wobbly for another couple of years.

Dental hygiene is generally excellent. Do I need to bother the dentist or are they going to think I'm a loony for making an appointment for a wobbly tooth?

One of my back teeth came out when I was trying to pull the plug on an armband 🤷‍♀️ it's just one of those things

I wouldn't worry about the order my DD 6 has lost 4 at the bottom and they are all nearly fully grown through and still has all her top teeth.
One has just started to wobbly but think it will be a while before they fall out.

Both my girls (older one is almost 12) have gained and lost teeth in random orders and had no issues so far.

Having been allowed a closer look this morning, it turns out it's the standard central lower tooth after all. Especially glad I didn't make a fool of myself at the dentist now!

(DD5 is a massive drama queen when it comes to anything possibly wrong with her, and spent last night clutching at her mouth, refusing to let anyone take but the briefest look...)
