Heatstroke

So my 3 year old came back from nursery, yesterday mega hot (it was 28 degrees here) they said they had played outside most of the day, she had a hat on and I put sun cream before she left yesterday morning.
However her skin is still mega mega hot now, I can't see she has been sunburnt, but I'm thinking heatstroke, though she is absolutely fine in herself. Any advice?

The signs of heat exhaustion include:

a headache
dizziness and confusion
loss of appetite and feeling sick
excessive sweating and pale, clammy skin
cramps in the arms, legs and stomach
fast breathing or pulse
a high temperature of 38C or above
being very thirsty
The symptoms are often the same in adults and children, although children may become floppy and sleepy.

Honestly she sounds fine. If she changes, call for advice
