Spots / rash on 9 year old

Hi I'm not sure this photo will be allowed.

Any idea what this rash is? It's very itchy and some have started to bleed. She doesn't have any on her face neck or arms.

She has swimming tomorrow night.

She dues to have blisters though?

My ds had something similar last year I thought it was something to do with covid as I heard it was a symptom and as we were in lockdown I couldn't see a doctor but I rang 111 and they advised me to give him antihistamines and see how it looks after a couple of days and it cleared up. We still have to idea what it was but the antihistamines worked.
