At some point on a MN thread someone linked a really useful, clear and unintimidating guide to child nutrition. It’s a table with different foods listed and saying how much of each food kids of different ages should eat. I’ve just had a Google and can’t find it and wonder if anyone recognises the site I’m describing and can link it for me?
DD (4) is creeping down the percentile chart. She is energetic and lively so I’m not worried at this point but just slightly questioning whether I’m feeding her enough! She eats three good meals a day plus snacks. In fact, I’m sure she’s eating more than the recommended portion sizes but I just want to check that I’m on the right lines with how much I give her.
