Help! Daughter has a white lump with a red ring around it!

I've just noticed this white / light lump on my daughters back with a red ring around it. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I will of course call the Dr tomorrow but I'm panicking at what this could be. Any ideas? Is this a cause for concern or has she just bumped herself?

FYI the other small bump is a scab where she's scratched herself

Thanks everyone, at first I thought it a bruise, but it's hard and slightly raised in the middle where it's lighter. The other small mark is a scab / scar where she's picked and scratched due to a skin allergy.

I was worried it might be a tick mark (she was rolling around in the grass the other day) but I don't see a bite mark.

Is it a blister like chicken pox ?

My first guess would be ring worm too. Mine have had it at the base of their neck and on their bum.

Definitely no blister. Don't think it's the pox

Ok this is good to know. The Dr prescribed us Canesten for the ringworm on her head a while back. Any idea of I could use the same cream?

I’d check with a pharmacist in the morning,

I had ringworm on my leg. It’s a fungal infection.

I would check with gp and rule out Lyme disease to be safe. Dd had it but her ring was much larger than this and hopefully it’s unlikely. I never saw the tick that bit her.

Have us ring worm on my arm before. So it is possible that’s what it is
Canadarm probably wouldn’t do any harm - but like others said just go to a pharmacy in the morning
