Dd recurring non specific illnesses

I wasn't sure where to put this post... my DD (15) has Adhd and generalised anxiety with depression.

She's been complaining of headaches, stomach pains (different parts of her stomach) recurring cystitis symptoms (though samples come back clear), aching back, itchy skin and a few other general non descript illnesses for about 12 months now.

I take her to the GP every so often and she's had examinations, blood tests and urine tests. Everything comes back clear.

She has a counsellor who we've told about this but they don't seem to focus on it.

I dont want to dismiss her complaints as psychological in case something is missed and if I ever do suggest to her it may be her mind playing tricks she gets really annoyed with me and says she feels like no one cares about her health.

It's getting really difficult to know what to say now though - she comes to me maybe 3/4 times a day complaining of one thing or another. I give her a small amount of sympathy followed by a distraction "oh that's not nice for you darling (hug) shall we see if we can find a film to watch" or whatever.

What should I do? Do I push the GP for some kind of specialist? Carry on as I am? Tell her to pull herself together (light hearted)?

I suppose as well as feeling like I need to be sure she's okay, I'm totally fed up of it. I know that makes me sound awful but it's constant and makes me feel helpless.

Does she get plenty of fresh air and exercise? Sunshine? Has her vitamin d level been checked?
Everyone in the uk needs to take supplements in winter and get exposure to sunshine the rest of the year.

Thank you. She gets exercise and fresh air but no, she doesn't take supplements. Great idea I will get some vit D today. Appreciate your response x
