Baby 20months had a slight temperature a few days ago which I thought was teething related as has had fingers in mouth to chee on and cried out a few times when eating over last week. Monday eczema flared up but it is much more spotty looking than rashy normal looking. The spots are just in thigh and nappy area although one random I'm guessing unrelated spot on arm. Anyone got a clue is it eczema or something else, it also doesn't look nappy rashy I don't think. Also to mention just found an ulcer on tip of her tongue.

Chicken pox? You can get those in your mouth and they usually start after a temperature or being off colour for a bit.

Hand foot and mouth?

They don't really look like chicken pox and they haven't changed in appearance (not filled with pus) and there hasn't been an increase in spots since they appeared. They also don't appear to be itchy. She was scratching her leg yesterday but that was more where her eczema behind her knees was. Surely the spots would have increased by now started to look more chicken poxy since Monday. I've just checked pictures from my other child had chicken pox and they don't look alike.

I did wonder this but there are no spots on hands, around mouth or feet
