Anyone know what this rash could be?

Oh my 2.5 year old - started about 10 days ago I noticed some small skin coloured bumps, which turned red & itchy - then noticed it on the back of one elbow, and under one side of his bum. Went to see a pharmacist last week who suggested aveeno, which I was already using. Noticed yesterday some small bumps on his back and now on his trunk today, the knee is looking much more inflamed. I don't think it's eczema? Going to the gp today hopefully, tho it didn't seem to bother him too much until I noticed him scratching his tummy today

Looks like eczema to me.
My son’s skin gets like this. Mine too especially when I get a flare up.
Could possibly be a reaction to new washing powder, bath stuff etc
Rather than aveeno, get some double base. Really helps with flare ups

Could be a reaction to a plant or weed in the garden? I came up with one last week and it wasn’t nettles.
