Has anyone ever heard of this?
My toddler fell in the car yesterday trying to climb into her seat, landing in the footwell quite hard on her bottom and against the back of the seat in front, folding like a pretzel! She had a quick cry but she was fine.
Then later as I undressed her for her bath, I noticed big hives on both bum cheeks and the backs of the tops of her arms! Looked like an allergic reaction but only in these localised areas and it didn't spread. She hadn't eaten anything new and I hadn't used any new washing powder or cleaning products so basically, I'm at a loss!
It just seems odd that the hives appeared in the exact places she banged. It's never happened before. Has anyone experienced anything similar? I gave her piriton and they're almost all gone this morning and she's her usual self.
