My 22 month old daughter keeps getting viral infections like once a month!! It usually lasts 1-2 days.
Last Wednesday she started with a poorly & just looked poorly & wasn't playing etc. She is still poorly now with running a fever, bad cough, snotty nose.
I took her hospital yesterday as she was shivering & lips were blue & they said that's all part of a fever & it's her body doing its job. She's not eating.....hardly drinking, I did tell this to the doctor yesterday but because she had 1 wee in 5/6 hours they were happy with that. I'm trying to give her more drinks...also ice lollies. When she seems in pain etc i give her capol it ibroprfen. Just wondering if you have any advice & is it normal for it to be going on for this long? Thank you
