Moloscum Contagiosum

My daughter had this moloscum virus, it went away about 7 weeks ago but yesterday noticed a couple of new spots. Is this normal when the virus has gone to get new spots appear?

All my daughters had this - my two eldest at similar times and it took a really long time to clear fully - especially for my DD2 - I think like 12-18 months from memory. They caught from each other - it's highly contagious- my youngest also had it for several months - all at around nursery ages

We just rode it out... got a prescription for an ointment - but it burnt so I put on one sport once and then never again...
