Chicken pox or something else? Rash on tummy and back of ds age4.

My son has similar spots on his cheeks and I cant figure it out. He is now going to miss his last ever day of nursery

Could it be prickly heat?

It's looks like the rash mine get on a really hot day after having lots of sun cream on. It doesn't look like chicken pox yet but may develop more and turn out to be? Chicken pox are really obvious blisters. Have you given any antihistamines? It will help with either.

Heat rasp or skin irritation from something, DD had a mystery rash come up that turned out to be caused by detergent.

Chicken pox started with one big spot then a few more shortly after and then more and more (she didn't get loads though).

Chickenpox proper small blisters with fluid. This may just be heat or sweat rash

Thanks all, I've given antihistamine, they're not itch and they're not spreading so who knows.

Time will tell if it’s the start of chicken pox
