Anyone any tips for bad hay fever with a 3 year old? Using vicks, olbas, klearvol capsules and ceterizine prescribed by GP. Pillows propped up so he's elevated but he is still extremely congested so much so he couldn't even sleep the other night as he just couldn't breathe through his nose. He now has developed a cough. All symptoms are worse at night. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
