Fever at night only

For the last 3 nights, DS (who is 1) has suddenly felt quite hot at bedtime. He is fine temperature wise in the day but come 6pm, seems to get hot. Not overly so, high 37/low 38. Last night he was fine at bedtime but felt hot during the night.

He's been very restless at night too.

Has anyone experienced this?

Hopeful bump. He has been very grumpy and emotional today but no temperature.

Hi , i know this is quite old ! What was it at the end ? My daughter has low grade fever around 37.8 for 3 nights now fine during hte day but a bit sleepy grumpy late afternkkn
