Rash on baby arms

Hi,

My 15 months old baby has got a rash on her arm. I didn’t manage to get a GP appointment for today, but tomorrow I will insist for one. Meanwhile does anyone has any advice? I was just wondering if I could apply Bepanthen(nappy rash

Hard to see in that photo, but looks similar to a heat rash that my DC has at the moment. I went to see a pharmacist who diagnosed it as it was quicker than getting in to see a GP. They’ll let you know if you need to make a GP appointment.
