Hair Pulling in 5 m/o

Hi all, hoping someone may be able to help :(

My 5 m/o keeps pulling at her hair, honestly I'm surprised she's not bald. However in saying that her hair does appear to be getting thinner :(

Quick google brings up teething & that is comforting however I am

Posted too quickly sorry!

However I am also mindful of the fact that she had eczema and sometimes it looks like she's scratching at her head rather than pulling hair if you know what I mean.

Can babies get eczema in their scalp ??

Is there anything I can do to stop the itching/hair pulling, it's awful to watch.
