Sore throat and penis ds4

My ds4 has not been right for a few days. Behaviour wise and also tired, he also wet himself a few times which isn't usual any more. He never says when hes ill so these may be the signs. Tonight hes struggling to sleep and complaining of a sore willy and a sore throat. He wears pull ups in bed so they could be rubbing? I'll ring Dr. Tomorrow but any ideas? Infection possibly?

There’s a small chance it could be type 1 diabetes. I don’t want to worry you but a sore vagina and sore throat can be signs. (My child has both due to high blood sugars and they wee more often in an attempt to bring sugars down by drinking more. Is he drinking more? Losing weight? Tired? These are also signs of diabetes.

I hope it’s something simple like a urine infection but please check with the doctor.

I don't know anything about diabetes but I would have said urine infection

It most likely is a urine infection but worth being mindful of type 1 diabetes. I thought my child had an infection as she was drinking more, urinating more, sore down below and irritable. Unfortunately it wasn’t just a urine infection.

The 4 T’s of type 1 are Toilet (urinating more) Thirsty, Tired and Thinner.
