Baby weight, am I unnecessarily concerned?

DD head & height 98th percentile, she's currently 46th weight. We're combi feeding due to low supply. Trying to shove formula down her every time she wakes after offering breast first, she's not drinking enough somewhere between 30-60ml formula and anywhere between 5-10 min breastfeeding sessions.

Dd was born at the 25th centile, dropped down to 2nd over the course of 6 months. Very worried as you can imagine!

She’s now 4.5 and still on the 2nd. She is just meant to be skinny I think. I could feed her butter and cream every 2 hours and she just wouldn’t gain weight.

If baby is alert, happy and producing wet and dirty nappies I don’t think I’d worry too much. But always if you’re concerned get in touch with your GP.
