Coldsore, can other parts of my face touch my baby?

I'm not 100% sure but I may have a cold sore on the inside of my bottom lip due to being run down. I've suffered with them since I was little.

Can I use my nose to kiss my baby in the mean time?

Yes. Acyclovir as often as you can and wash your hands every time.
