Hi all
My son has 11 teeth (including the ones coming through now)
On the four that are currently coming through he seems to have a little white 'spot' on either the gum or roof of the mouth just by where the tooth is coming in...could this just be teething gum damage where he's been chewing on things to relieve pain or could they be ulcers? Has anyone else experienced this? They're literally just by his teeth and nowhere else
