Multivitamins

I accidentally ordered vitamins for age 3-6. Dd is 8. I am wondering if it will hurt to give them to her, seeing as I've got them now anyway. Or whether it's safer to chuck them. I know ideally she needs vitamins for her age group as they will provide more of what her body needs, but in the meantime, I figure that at least she will be getting some sort of vitamins.

Ahead of the influx of comments telling me she doesn't need any vitamins at all because she can get that from her food, etc, etc...she doesn't eat meat, fish, or dairy (and yes, I agree she should, but it's complicated, so let's not go there).

I'd just use them and then buy the proper age group next time

I would use them up op

I would give also. My teenager has 6-12 kids multivitamins so I don't have to buy two packets for each child. I compared the back and they deliver identical vitamins but the prices differed!

Thanks everyone. I just wanted to be on the safe side in case there was a reason that it may be unsafe. Going ahead with the vitamins!
