Spots! Any idea what these could be

Hi
My son had these red small pimples appear on his back I put it down to the heat/sun cream but now they look like they might be fluid filled. Any opinions on what you think it may be?

Yes they look like vesicles. Chicken pox or molliscum. How long have they been there.

We first noticed two spots on Sunday and then yesterday/today more have appeared but mainly on the left side of his back, there’s a couple on the other side and two on his thigh but that is it.
