Is there anything you can do to prevent prickly heat?
Both kids covered head to toe in it 😩
I'm really vigilant about sun cream, keeping them in the shade, not outside in the midday heat etc, but even if they're out for like half an hour early morning they still get covered in it. I was the same as a kid.
The little one won't take medicine so piriton is out of the question for him!
