Spot/Pimple in 8 year old’s vulva.

Any idea what the above could be? It’s my little granddaughter and she said it’s sore when she wipes.
She has had a sore throat recently so I don’t know if there could be a link?

Might not be the same but I get these every now and then, since I was a teenager, they're just spots that are painful when touched like a face spot is, mine tend to go away after a few days

I thought perhaps a Bartholin’s cyst, had to check children could get them!
