Could New Boiler Have Caused Exzema

Hi All,

I've been researching the living daylights out of this and I can't find the answer, my 5 month old ds developed bumpy red skin and now what the doctor has said is exzema(one doctor said exzema one said viral rash and one said allergic reaction!). It suddenly dawned on me that since we had a new combi boiler me and hubby both got dandruff and felt itchy and DS was about 2 months old and it coincides with when his skin issues started. Our house was built in the 50's and had the old tank system and zero water pressure! When they put the new combi boiler in they didn't replace the pipes could the pressure be pushing something from the pipes into the water? The hot water is a little cloudy but then settles.

I think there has been research on eczema and hard water which might be worth a look.

We live in Lancashire and everyone always tells me that our tap water is soft? I wondering about lead or something from the pipes?
