Invisible movable like knot behind babys nipple (7 month old)

Just felt a tiny knot like thing behind my baby boys right nipple, it's not visible unless if I touched his nipple. It is sort of movable. I heard that some babies get lumps? But I am unaware of this. Tomorrow I would be going to the hospital but I am so worried and need to calm myself. Please tell me whether it is to be worried or not??. God bless you all!

Can have cyst type things in this age which would fit with what you are describing. These tend to disappear on their own with time. Tumours are incredibly rare in children at that location. Hope that is reassuring.
