Breastfed baby constipation

My little one is 5 weeks and hasn't done a proper poo in 5 days, she had one very watery poo yesterday (all absorbed into the nappy) but nothing like a normal breast milk poo. She's been a bit infrequent since she was born (asked about it previously) but lots of wet nappies and seems to be gaining weight. I know infrequent poos can be normal but she's also getting lots of tummy pain, squealing and straining and very stinky farts and the last time she managed a big poo there was some bleeding. Everyone says constipation doesn't happen in breastfed babies but has.anyone experienced something similar? I'm gonna speak to the GP tomorrow

Ps. Both my older boys had CMPA so gonna trial DF but they had sickness/eczema/ mucus poos
