My son has very dry sore skin on his left knuckle - it looks almost like he's scraped it but he's adamant he hasn't, or fallen. He also had very big thick flakes on his scalp lately which we assumed was cradle cap. He's 6. Does this look like Psoriasis to anyone who knows about these things?
