Hey. My three month old has developed a rash. I say it's a rash, but it's hardly red. They are tiny pimples on her tummy, chest and back (nowhere else) she is absolutely fine otherwise, has had no cold or fever. They're just there. The doc seems to think viral (they aren't seeing us for face to face appointments, so she's diagnosing from me describing it on the phone!) But I'm not convinced, as baby hasn't been unwell at all.
Anyone had similar?
