Hard golf sized lump

Hi

I have just noticed my daughter has a hard golf ball sized lump behind her 1 ear she has no infections no illnesses and is healthy

Anyone know what this could be?

(LEFT PIC IS NORMAL EAR AND RIGHT PIC IS THE GOLF SIZED EAR)

Looks like a swollen lymph node. It should go down over a few days (she's probably fighting off an infection) but if not then take her to the GP.
