Very yellow wee - but not dehydrated?!

My DD is 12 months old & for the last couple days, her nappies have been noticeably really yellow. Very much like when you are dehydrated except her nappies are actually pretty wet & need changing 2/3 times a day as normal. She’s drinking as normal, plenty of water & milk. I honestly would not say she’s remotely dehydrated..

Bit confused, is it something to bother the doctor with?!

Vitamin b can make your wee yellow. Is she on any supplements?
