Low Lymphocytes in DD

Hi All
Have any of your children ever had low lymphocytes? She went for bloods due to leg pain which has since totally stopped, she had low WBC and they asked to retest in a month, which we did, and now some of the levels are normal but her lymphocytes are low at 2.098 and should be 3 and above. I have health anxiety so I’m freaking out. She’s 5 years old. GP didn’t seem bothered as she’s otherwise well in herself.

These kinds of slightly-out-of-range blood tests are quite common and tend not to mean any underlying problem if a child is otherwise well. I know it can be hard to put things from your mind but draw reassurance from that fact and that your GP is happy - they will have encountered this situation a lot over the years.
