Can only really get blurry pictures as he won't stay still but in the last hour my 3 year old has just gotten a clump of red spots on his face a d quite a few separate ones! I've checked the rest of his body and there's nothing else and no temp or anything. Could it just be bad skin for always having food/snot/anything on his face? I'm at a loss it almost looks like acne like I could pop the spots

Could be impetigo? Very catching but not generally serious skin infection. Keep an eye and use separate towels. A pharmacist could confirm probably.

My DS had it. Worst thing was he had to be off nursery. It cleared up no problem and didn't bother him at all.
