DD (7) has really sore hands from hand washing at school. They are cracked, bleeding, swollen and discoloured. GP has prescribed a steroid cream and a moisturiser which is starting to help but I know as some as she goes back after the Easter holidays it’ll flare up again.
Can anyone recommend a soap that she could take into school that maybe won’t be as harsh as the generic stuff they use?
