Is this dandruff?

Dd seems to have oily hair, quite severe dandruff and tender areas on her scalp - also these patches. Does this seem like dandruff?

I cant seethe pic clearly. Is it yellow scaly flakes? If so likely sebhorrhoeic dermatitis.
Try hairwashing with T Gel shampoo and ensure hair is alway really dry as it has a fungal element and is wirse uf hair is damp. If tgel doesn't help try Nizoral shampoo from the pharmacist is very good
