We've always tried to take good care of my DD teeth but I am freaking out now! Her adult tooth at the top is coming though and it has a creamy lump on the top... not sure what it is and whether this is a problem. I know we need to get her to a dentist soon. Just wondering what people thought. She is 6.

Might be fluorosis.

Do you use a lot of fluoride? My dd has this on one tooth and her dad used to brush her teeth with fluoridated toothpaste and rinse with fluoridated mouthwash.
