3 year old making funny noise

Hi there, my son is 3 and is extremely active. But I've noticed he makes a constant humming droning sound when he plays. Not sure if this is a normal happy sound or if I should be concerned? It can get quite irritating and it's very loud. He does it when playing with other children too. I just dont notice others doing it. Does this sound normal? Sorry if I'm being daft

Hi OP, I don't have any real advice, but wanted to let you know that my brother had the same thing when he was that age. It lasted until he was about 5 and then he just seemed to grow out of it.
He's now a healthy, happy 26 year old!

Hopefully it's nothing to worry about and someone else comes along with some advice.

Maybe you could also ask your GP / health visitor if you're worried?

My DS did this all the time when playing with his cars as a toddler.

He's now a strapping 19 year old in his first year at uni so no adverse effects

Probably just him then hahaha
