I have a two year old and she will point blank refuse to brush her teeth, I try to pin her down but she screams and wriggles so bad and even goes to the extent of not breathing, she goes bright red, it's so hard to brush her teeth, I have tried brushing my teeth at the same time, tried teeth brushing songs, I have passed her the toothbrush but all she does is chew it, I show her how to do it but she just chews it. I feel awful pinning her down and I can only brush her teeth for around 7 seconds because of how bad she kicks off! What can I do
