My 11 DD has red patches along her jaw line, that kind of looks like she's badly applied make up!! It's also around the top of her head with dry patches that are almost looking like scabs as her skin has dried out. It's quite red and almost bleeding in patches. She also have very dry patches on her nose and cheeks. I've got her E45 and she's been putting that on for a week or so but it's made no difference so far. She says she isn't using anything else and we haven't changed detergent or anything recently so don't know what it could be.
