Chicken Pox or Molloscum?

4 year old had one or two little spots that, to me, looks like dreaded Molloscum Contagiosum. I smothered in sudocrem and it had gone the next day, shrugged and guessed probably just some heat spottiness.

Then 2 year old has woken-up with 3/5 spots in same area (groin). I assumed he'd been caught the Molloscum! Then overnight another 6-10 spots have appeared on the 2 year old. He has zero other symptoms, not scratching, and utterly happy and mad as usual, no temperature.

So is it Molloscum that has spread very fast (can it spread that quickly?)

Or:

Seasoned Chicken poxers, is the attached the pox?
