Toddler rash

2 year old has developed this over the last couple days. It’s a little down one leg too.

Doesn’t seem to be irritating him. He’s fine in himself, no temp, eating and drinking plenty. Being a typical 2 year old!

I’ve not changed my washing powder. No new clothes.

Any ideas?

I would get it checked just to be on the safe side.
My ds was forever breaking out in rashes and the last one he had the dr thought it was chicken pox's which turned out not to be just a viral bug that cleared up.
