Does my 3yo have knock kneed?

Ask your 3 year old to stand with his legs together. If one knee has to go in front, then he probably has knock knees. Go and see your health visitor and ask if it will be a problem.

My DS had knock knees and could fall over flat pavement . He joined Air Cadets as a teenager and did a lot of marching. He is all fine and has straight legs now.

My son was the same. Is he/ she a young three? I noticed my sons at about two and a half. They looked very similar to your picture. I showed every health visitor and doctor I could and they told me not to worry until he was four. It righted it's self at about 3 and a half and he's nearly five now and his knees are normal looking.

But definitely still get it checked even if it's just to ease your mind

@Babyfg thank you that’s very re assuring to know! She turned 3 in October so will be 3 and a half next month. I’ll give the health visitor a call tomorrow I think as I do tend to worry!!
