Looks like a vein to me. Cute baby Smile

You mean running above the eye, as in under the skin?
Yes - it looks like a vain. Babies skin is much much thinner than adults - so all these things are more visible now. As they grow it won’t look like that. That’s why I shudder when I see babies in jeans - it’s such a stiff material,
It must hurt the thin skin! (Think when you peel some skin off on your finger and it’s sensitive!).

Otherwise looks like a lovely cheery baby! :)
