My 9 1/2 yo ds is due to have a problem tooth extracted on Friday with local anesthetic. He’s never had any problems before but think missing check ups over lock down led to this. It is a baby tooth that would be coming out in next year so it could be worse. I’m just wondering if anyone has any tips for the procedure itself or care afterwards....trying to plan some nice soft foods and Ice cream. He’s quite relaxed/stoical about it but worried it might not be so straightforward when we get there.
