How to get rid of a stye

Hi everyone dd is one years old and has developed a pea sizes stye/ lump on her top eyelid that seems to be irritating her . I’ve been placing a warm compress on her eye . Is there anything else I can do as it just seems to be getting bigger . Thanks in advance

We are experts at this. Warm compress really really regularly. That's it. If it doesn't go away after a few days, you can get drops from the chemist but compress should fix it.
