DD8 just came up to me to say her mouth felt strange. Had a look and she has a gum lump between two of her upper teeth. She said it does not hurt but it is very annoying. She is carrying on cheerfully enough but does keep saying its annoying, which it looks as its right between her teeth.
I am overseas and have scheduled her for an appointment first thing tomorrow, but I'm wondering if anyone has seen anything like this before and can take a guess on what it might be? I'm not super worried but dental care costs a bomb here so I am trying to mentally prepare myself for the bill.
She's not history of cavities or unhealthy teeth, but has shed her baby teeth extremely early and has many of her adult ones in place. Best pic I could get attached. Thank you.
