Hi, today i have noticed my toddler has a bad looking tooth. Im unsure if the dentist will see him due to covid 🙈 has anyone ever had a child with this ? He is my youngest, never seen anything like it with my elder kids. Its the sharper tooth. Unsure the technical name for it.

My son has this on one of his teeth. I took him to the dentist the week before Lockdown 1 and he said that it will have formed in the worm and was probably nothing to worry about and quite normal on children's teeth. However, he did ask to pencil in a follow-up check 3 months later and because of Covid he hasn't been able to have that. So might be worth seeing if you can get a dental appointment just in case?

Hiya. Thanks for the reply. I managed to get an online appt with the dentist yesterday. He said it is a developmental spot and as u say tooth has came in like it. Such a worry isnt it. Never seen anything like it with my older two x
