Small spots on baby, what is this?

Don’t seem to be bothering her. I thought it was baby acne but seems to be a bit more rash like. Will contact HV/GP tomorrow.

Molloscum maybe? Although not sure how likely when we're all not leaving the house.

My son had it when he was little, didn't bother him that much. I was told it could hang around for a long time (12-18months) and would be easily caught by everyone in the household unless we were very careful with laundering towels, washing hands etc, but it had all gone within about 4 months and none of us caught it.
