Mysterious rash - comes and goes

I noticed DS2 has some rash on both of his legs when I was changing his nappy this morning the first thing. The rash appeared to be a small cluster of white bumps located on right inner thigh, right knee and outer left leg. Not a lot, only 3 patches. But then they disappeared when I check again by mid-day.

Then similar rash appeared again after he woke up after afternoon nap. This time was on the outer right hip. They disappeared again when I check at evening time.

I checked his body. Only those on the limbs. Everywhere else was clear.

Not that I'm worried, as they didn't seem to disturb him. Just curious if anyone recognise them.

Looks a lot like hives. Is he of an age where you can try liquid antihistamine?

Pluckyduck, he's 20 months old. They didn't seem to bother him. I can't think of any allergic source, as his routine is pretty much the same everyday.

It appear a couple of times again yesterday, all on the thighs. Weird...

Sweat rash maybe?
