Any dentists out there please? Baby teeth issue

I don't suppose anyone could tell me what these marks on my daughter's teeth could be please? She hasn't been to a dentist yet due to Covid- she's 11months.

A quick google says maybe tooth decay?? But she's only had this tooth less than a month and we brush them.

I just wonder if it's anything to be concerned about.

Could.it be flurosis? I can't tell What colour the marks are due to the lighting in the photos

Enamel hypoplasia is a developmental defect that results in inadequate enamel. My child has it too. Nothing to do with brushing - it's a genetic thing.

@Findahouse21 they're just a whiter white than her teeth if that makes sense?

I've just seen this; she was early and low birth weight (just over 4lb) so that would make sense..
